Mr. Hoffberger guides clients through a diverse range of real estate and business transaction. With a primary focus on commercial real estate, he provides counsel on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing. In addition, Mr. Hoffberger has experience assisting businesses with the real estate aspects of complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. His clients have ranged from developers and investment management firms to landlords, tenants, and family offices.
Mr. Hoffberger graduated summa cum laude with a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, and a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Vanderbilt University. While in law school, Mr. Hoffberger served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Maryland Law Review. Prior to joining Rosen Neuberger Lehmann LLP, Mr. Hoffberger was an attorney in the commercial real estate group of a large law firm in Baltimore.
