Mr. Hawtof's practice concentrates in the representation of real estate developers, property owners and investors as well as businesses, physicians and physician practices. In particular, Mr. Hawtof structures joint venture agreements, operating agreements and stockholder agreements and advises a wide array of clients in connection with their capital requirements, Leasing and the acquisition and sale of their businesses.
Mr. Hawtof has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
