Ms. Berger assists in the representation of developers, investors, homebuilders, landlords and tenants in a wide range of mixed-use real estate development projects. Specifically, Ms. Berger works closely with clients on land acquisition and disposition, site development, entity structuring and organization, project financing, and leasing matters. Ms. Berger’s practice also includes representation of businesses in negotiating joint venture agreements, operating agreements, and stockholder agreements, and with the acquisition and sale of their businesses.
Ms. Berger graduated summa cum laude with her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and summa cum laude with a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland at College Park. While in law school, Ms. Berger served as the Executive Technology Editor for the University of Maryland Journal of Business and Technology Law. Prior to joining Rosen Neuberger Lehmann LLP in 2018, Ms. Berger was an attorney in the Real Estate and Business Transactions Group of a mid-sized firm in Baltimore.
