Mr. Neuberger’s practice focuses on real estate development, general corporate matters, leasing and municipal finance. He represents developers, investors, homebuilders, landlords and tenants in a full range of transactions including joint ventures, purchases, leases, sales and dispositions of real estate and real estate finance.
While in law school, Mr. Neuberger was named a Kent Scholar, Columbia Law School’s highest honor, and served as Managing Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. Prior to joining Rosen Neuberger Lehmann LLP in 2008, Mr. Neuberger was an attorney in the corporate real estate department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson, LLP, New York, New York.
