Mr. Rosen provides a full range of legal and business advice covering all aspects of his clients’ businesses. He serves as a trusted business advisor and outside general counsel to many of the area’s most successful entrepreneurs and multi-generation family businesses. He combines zealous advocacy for his clients’ interests with a pragmatic understanding of the market.
Mr. Rosen’s real estate practice includes structuring and negotiating the purchase, sale, leasing, development and financing of commercial real estate, including office, retail, and industrial properties and large scale residential and mixed-use developments. He represents a number of national and regional home builders in their land acquisition and development transactions.
His business and corporate practice focuses on mergers, sales, acquisitions, business financing and joint ventures, including retail, distribution, manufacturing, health care, and service businesses.
